How to Easily Purchase or Lease Servaris Products

>> Step One

Configure the Server(s) and RAID Subsystems to your specifications using our easy online configurator. If you have difficulty contact us directly to discuss your needs or get answers to any questions you may have. We can be reached toll-free 1.877.963.1900 or by our contact form.

>> Step Two

Save the configuration as a quote on our server, Tab 4 "My Quote". Once you've submitted the quote we are immediately notified. We will go over your quote and your personalized quote will be emailed to you promptly. Look over your quote and ensure that you have all the components you wanted. A sales engineer will contact you within a day. You can call or email your sales engineer to make any changes and proceed with your order.

>> Leasing

Leasing: In today's economic climate, leasing provides you with great ease on your cash flow as an alternative to outright purchasing. Leasing offers you the ability to get the Servers and/or RAID Subsystems you need now, without l or straining your cash flow. Leasing is a 100% write-off and not a capital expenditure. And that gives you a tax advantage for the term of the lease. Direct Payments: Electronic Funds Transfer in: U.S.D., CAD, Euro, GBP, and Swiss Francs.

Credit Cards: Servaris accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards

Visa is accepted in USD and CAD Funds.
Mastercard is accepted in USD and CAD Funds.
American Express is accepted in CAD funds only.

>> Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations: Orders are non cancelable due to the customization of our products. Changes may be made prior to the build or any Server, RAID Subsystem or Desktop Computer.

Defective Component Returns: If during the warranty period stated on your invoice, a component or components are proven defective, the component(s) will be replaced to you are no additional charge. The defective component must be returned to Servaris or to an authorized agent provided by Servaris. You shall initiate a Service Ticket on our support site and will then be provided an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions and any addressing needed to complete a return of failed components.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can create an RMA ticket on our support site
